Choosing a place to think and work creatively is a careful balance of environment, time and space. Many design and marketing companies choose city centre locations, expecting the pace and vibrance of the city to rub-off and stimulate their creative talent.

To counter this urgency, vast sums are spent on ‘calming down' the working environment with decoration, lighting, plants and sound proofing to give creative minds the right ambience to thrive.

BDA chose to take the opposite route by building their head office studios in a rural landscape overlooking the Avon Valley on the edge of the Cotswolds. This idyllic position has provided BDA's team with the space and peace to create the designs which have sustained the consultancy since 1977.

However, this rural location is just 2 miles from junction 15 of the M40, just north of Stratford-upon-Avon, 40 minutes to Birmingham, 2 hours to Manchester and London and about the same to Paris, Amsterdam, Frankfurt and Brussels from Birmingham International Airport.

Clients are easily serviced throughout the UK and Europe and with no hassle parking, many prefer to visit our studios rather than battle through city traffic and crowded car parks.
